Onecamp 2020 - Update

On behalf of all of us at Brookwood Family Ministry, we’re disappointed to announce that Onecamp is being cancelled. We look forward to this event as much as your students, but be assured we’ll be working on other creative ways to stay connected with your kids.

Please take a minute to hear from J.C. Thompson, Family Ministry Pastor about the cancellation of this event.

Any payments that you’ve made toward your student’s Onecamp registration can be refunded or designated as a contribution to the Brookwood Ministry Plan.

1. Contributions: If you’d like your refund designated as a contribution to the Ministry Plan, please email [email protected] in Financial Services by the end of the day, Friday, May 1.
   
   
2. Refunds: Brookwood will begin processing refunds Monday, May 4. Refunds will be returned in the same way they were received. For example, a credit card payment will be refunded to the same credit card. If you made multiple payments on the registration, then you’ll receive a refund for each payment you made. Please allow 5–7 days for the refund to appear in your account. If you don’t see a refund by May 15, please contact [email protected].
