This class is a modified seated version of Meditation and Stretching. Learn how to relax and align your body, mind and spirit with God through various stretches and meditation in His Word. Brookwood has an awesome ministry that reaches out to families with special needs children. We have amazing volunteers who give the children the attention and care they need and deserve. Childcare is $10 for one child, $15 for two children, or $18 for three or more children. Reservations should be made by noon two days prior to your scheduled event or activity.
