Chair Yoga is for those with limited mobility or other stability issues that would like to explore Yoga. In this class you'll learn to relax the body with breaths, poses and meditation in God's Word. Even if you have a bum knee, a bad back or can’t get down on the floor, this class makes yoga accessible to everyone by allowing you to modify your yoga practice based on your health, mobility, and current ability level.
